Milen Manoj Earath was born in Kerala, India, to a non-musical family of doctors. His introduction to classical piano came at the age of nine during a visit to Russia, where he first heard and played a grand piano. On returning to India, he began
formal piano studies and between 2011 and 2015, he completed all eight Trinity College London piano grades and the ATCL, LTCL, and FTCL diplomas with distinction, becoming the youngest Indian pianist to achieve all three diplomas in one of the shortest recorded timeframes. 
Milen has given solo recitals and concerto performances across India and Europe, including performances for Queen Mathilde of Belgium, and concerto appearances with orchestras in Germany. In 2016, he received the National Child Award for
Exceptional Achievement in Music from the President of India.
In 2024, Milen graduated from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music with a First-Class Honours in Piano Performance. In 2026, he completed the Master of Performance at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. 
Milen is a recipient of scholarships from Steinway & Sons, the Leverhulme Arts Trust, and the Jesse Wakefield Bursary. Milen is currently pursuing the Advanced Artist Diploma at Guildhall School of Music and Drama again under the guidance of
Professor Ronan O’Hora.
