The Hall and Gardens lie in the heart of a traditional farming estate covering approximately 2,120 acres of rolling Northamptonshire countryside.

The Estate comprises two villages (Lamport and Hanging Houghton), farmland, woodland, let residential properties and a range of agricultural and commercial lettings.

The farmland is included within a Countryside Stewardship Scheme which allows the land to be farmed in a way which benefits nature.
