Stallholders - please note we are full for both weekends aside from a few food walk huts but if you wish to be added to the reserve list, please do contact us.
Our Christmas Market will again run over two weekends and is back bigger and better than ever! Jam-packed with a huge array of stalls, masses of entertainment and an apres ski bar, we can't wait to welcome you all! Join us on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th and Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December, 10am-4pm.
This event will be showcasing over 100 stalls selling a variety of wares: from jewellery, decorative glassware and unique arts to clothing, ceramics, wood work, accessories, cards and artisan foods to a name but a few!
Browse a variety of goods and find that all important Christmas gift inspiration - whether it be for a loved one or a special treat for yourself! Housed under cover in our Edwardian stable block, you can shop ’til you drop whatever the weather!
Festive Food Market & Refreshments available on site from Sauls of Spratton. Why not relax with a drink and a bite to eat whilst considering your next purchase? We also have an indoor heated marquee decorated in an apres ski style serving alcoholic and soft drinks. Please contact if you would like to discuss private hire of the marquee for private and corporate events in December.

Santa Bus - find the big American school bus kitted out as Santa's festive transport. Enjoy a photo opportunity outside before entering the bus to enjoy crafts and collect your treat for Santa's reindeer.FREE both days.

Important Information
Tickets will be available to purchase on the door on both days, both cash and card are accepted. Tickets can also be purchased online.
Free onsite car parking is available in Porter's Lodge and Four Acre fields.
Friendly dogs are welcome on short leads but please note there are no dog litter bins onsite.
Tickets to see Father Christmas are under separate booking and must be booked in advance.
Not all stallholders are able to accept card payments. We highly recommend you bring cash with you so you don’t miss out! The nearest cash machine is in Brixworth village.
Disabled parking is available and disabled toilets are available too. Please note that although the event is held mostly on one level, there are steps in places and some gravelled and cobbled areas in the stables.
The House and Gardens will be closed.
