COVID 19 Update
To help ensure the health and wellbeing of our visitors and colleagues, all visitors must adhere to current government guidelines relating to Covid-19, and follow any other guidance provided at Lamport.
We have implemented a number of safety measures across the estate. These include:
Requiring all visitors to book timed tickets for their visit online, to safely limit the number of people on-site and enable social distancing. Anyone arriving outside of the timeslot stated on their ticket may be refused entry.
Politely requesting that all staff, volunteers and visitors wear face coverings when inside (including in the house and stables), unless exempt.
Installing hand sanitiser stations.
Creating safe queuing areas and limiting the number of visitors at events.
Adding signage and one way systems to assist visitors and staff to respect social distancing.
Increasing the frequency and breadth of cleaning routines.
Our tearoom remains closed but picnics are welcome in our designated picnic area.
The house is currently closed to visitors unless a pre-booked group visit. Do keep an eye on the website for updates on this.
Please be aware that some areas of the garden, including the rockery and bog house, are currently closed to ensure safe social distancing.
The stableblock exhibition is currently closed to visitors.
Car parking on site remains free. Please park with ample distance between yourselves and the next car.
